Led Me Here

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of grief, shame, and unresolved trauma; unsure of where to even begin. I understand the ache of investing endlessly in your healing, dreaming of a life that feels softer, yet finding yourself unable to bring that vision into reality.

When I lost both of my parents at different stages in life, faced severe financial hardship, navigated an autoimmune diagnosis, and reckoned with the resurfacing of buried childhood trauma, I was pulled into the underworld. I became disconnected from my body, spirit, and sense of Self.

But that wasn’t the end of my story. It was the beginning of my awakening.

Piece by piece, I started to reclaim myself. With support and devotion, I learned how to call forth my inner healer and embrace the forgotten parts of who I am.

Through this journey, I have studied, trained, and embodied practices that continue to guide me. Each step has deepened my capacity to walk alongside others.

I’m here to remind you: you are not broken, even if you feel shattered. Healing is not a destination, but wholeness is possible. Together, we can compassionately integrate your shadow so that you can embody the radiant light already within you.
